Got the Whipple up and running, but the computer has thrown two codes:
P0345
Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor A, circuit malfunction (Bank 2);
P0349
Camshaft Position sensor A circuit, intermittent (Bank 2)

Anyone else had this issue or heard of it? Any advice? Could I have left something unhooked, or is there a bigger issue?

Disregard the above. Had a "Dee-Dee-Dee" moment. Forgot to plug in the Cam sensor. All is good nowconcerning the codes. Just have to figure out the heat exchanger water pump now, which I imagine will also be some stupid little error.

bank 2 is the drivers side

check the sensor and the wiring harness
around it

You probably have a bad connection at the resistor. Your pump won't run without that. That's assuming you connected the power and ground wires correctly.;)
