So I went to the mall this afternoon to get my mother something for mom's day. I get the goods and wander around a little bit checking out some of the scenery that comes out on nice days this time of year.
I pass by one of the center isle booths, you know the ones that have "Sales people" that annoy the piss out of everyone that walks by, trying to get them to buy useless crap they don't need. A guy asks me how I'm doing, I'm polite so I return the gesture. I continue walking and he half chases me down and says, "Can I ask you a question?" I turn and face him, awaiting his spiel, walking backwards as he talks, all the while thinking if I should tell him I'm in a hurry like usual, or come up with a different lame but polite excuse.
"Do you wash your hands a lot?" He asks. I laughed at how easy this one was, and said "Enough," and turned and walked away.
Do you wash your hands a lot? This guy actually gets paid to sell ****, and his opening line is "Do you wash your hands a lot?" What kind of a dumbass question is that? Those people are almost enough reason for me to avoid the mall entirely, they're annoying as hell.
