thats awsome man thanks a ton, only problem is, im TOTTALY lost, i bypassed the vac tree since all the a/c heat controls have been replaced by gauges ran the brake booster strait off the 1 of the vac lines from the upper intake then ran the pcv valve hose off another then, i have this vac line coming up off the transmission it seems so i hooked that up, what am i missing that would make it jump to 4k then drop down and die?

Where do you have your Charcoal Cannister Vacuum hooked, or do you have a Charcoal Cannister?

Are you saying you need to rev to 4K and then if wants to die?
Does it backfire also?

no as soon as i start it up, it jumps to 4k by it self then drops and dies if i feather the gas it will run and what sounds like a back fire through the upper intake

It definitely sound like you have a vacuum leak because mine did the same thing!
1st time was the hose from the Charcoal Canister, 2nd time was the PVC valve came out of the grommet and both time I had the same problem you're talking about

Here are a few more vacuum diagrams that I have that may or may not help?
Sorry.... but it's the best that I can do for you, other than saying you'll need to find  that leak .
