I bought a 2003 gt with 75k miles a month ago. Sections of my paint arent as glossy as other sections. my roof is dry feeling, the back right side of my trunk is dry feeling ... this is even after i waxed it.. Would Clay baring it make it all smooth and glossy?

if the car has been repainted, it's a bad paint job.

Clay could definitely help. We don't know the history of the car, so my first recommendation would be to do a full detail, clay, polish, wax, etc, to really see what the paint is like. Then you can decide if you still have a problem and if you need to do something more.
