i have 600 dollars to buy something for my car with which one of these setups is the best for my money v6 dual exhaust adapter kit with pypes violator catback $464 v6 dual exhaust adapter kit with SLP Catback $522 pypes dual pipe conversion $460+$50 for O2 extensions $510

Wheels none of the things you listed are worth spending ANY money on. Now Long tubes, and h-pipe and a magnaflow or flowmaster cat-back are a good idea. But just the Magnaflow catback would pretty much bleed you dry.

OFF TOPIC: I have 500! What should I get: SCT xccal and tune, or t lock and 4.10! Which is better for performance?

Xcal+tune since you can reuse the xcal later.
