Why They go to court around released and turn up missing or change their names. My Dad's sister got rearend by a car of "illegals". Against the law around here to drive without insurance. He got out of car saying "no insurance". Police came investigate. He got in another car and left. She ask the officer "aren"t you going to write him a ticket for no insurance" response was "Won't do no good He won't show up or can't find him" She asked what am I to do. Officer said "Sue him in small claims if he shows up and got any money". She had no collision on the old car. On Social Security now out a car. Had to borrow money to buy one. Just not right. Send his tail to Siberia to jail. I think we ought to pay Russia to house our worse criminal. See if the crime rate goes down then. Just my ranting.
