that is an old story and all the facts are not told from what I understand. The industry is having a hard enough time at the moment to show stuff like this.

Yes, this story is old. I actually work with Circuit City and the matter has been settled. The company's third party insurance company covered almost all of the damage and the store that actually did the installation covered the rest.
