Thats what I was thinking. When I saw the title on the AOL mainscreen I was expecting 2-5 years or so. Oh well.

As for the faimly suing, I think it's their right to be compensated for medical bills if insurance doesn't cover it (I don't know if insurance is or is not). However the reason why they are suing is quite absurd.

yeah, i completely agree.  i know its too bad that happened to him but if the parents knew that nick was prone to driving fast and racing then so did his friend.  he knew the risks before getting into the car and in no way should hulk be responsible for that kid's dumb choice.  just my opinion though...

I wonder why the judge sent him to 8 months in prison.... the norm is usually only if your sentence exceeds a year will you face prison time

if this kid ends up going to "jail" to better reflect his sentence time.. it's basically just an overhyped dayroom with uncomfortable beds and people hanging out, no anal rape established... I spent two months in one
