Got the 3.55's installed today. Of course I had to test it out. I put a set of 10" slicks on and gave her all she had. The guy video taping didn't have the camera on! DUH! It is very streetable now and cruises pretty smooth. I did find out why my engine was screaming for mercy before today. When I had the rear built I wanted 4.10's. The guy said they were 4.10 but I found out today they were 5.13's! He said they must have sent him the wrong gears in the wrong box, who knows. I'm ready for cruising now.

Yikes, 5.13's are slightly excessive, lol.

True66GT, the Ford 9" can have gear ratios from 2.47:1 all the way up to 6.14:1.  If you get a Dana 60 you can get to 7.17.  3.55s are a nice compromise, should be a nice daily driver

Thanks for the compliments guys. This is why I couldn't drive over 50mph. I kinda wished I had gone with 3.70 because I can only roast the tires in first and second now. I can cruise though.
