ive got kyb struts and shocks already
im looking to do the mm lower control arms

my questions are

looking at doing mm upper control arms as well but ive heard ill run into problems, its my daily driver so it has to handle approximatley 600 miles a week

and with the mm panhard bar, do i need anything else to install it, im keeping stock height, havent picked out springs yet

i didn't have to. i used lakewood trailing arms myself. i would go with elbach springs. i did kyb struts, and shocks, and used some elbach springs all around. car doesn't even bounce over bumps. hugs the ground really tight like a drum. what number gears you running?

i'm looking at doing the same thing next week, but i'm going with mms extreme duty arms. you should also look at getting torque box reinforcements and make sure you have some nice set of tires.by the way what mods do you have.

yeah those torque boxes are really crappy. they'll break sometimes with stock suspension. if you're looking at doing gears or even trailing arms you gotta reinforce.

well im running pretty stock right now
its an 89 5.0 with the usual bolt on, (full exhaust, bbk cai, basic frame reinforcers, and stock 2.89 gears)

the goal next year when suspensions on will be a crate motor since im raking up miles, looking to do boss swap but looking into which ones'll take efi set ups

so maxing out prolly 400 to the wheels, if im lucky

explain the torque box, what is that, and how do i reinforce it
