Hi, all. New to the forum and just bought my new ride last week. I need some advice concerning the Pony fog lights. I have the factory HID headlights and next to them, the yellowish fogs look pretty fugly. So I've been doing a ton of research and really don't know what to try as far as color and quality. I know the HIDs are around 4100k-4300k in color so I was looking for H11 bulbs within those numbers.
Here is the problem. From what I've read here and elsewhere, seems that some manufacturers label their color temps a bit high, and that the actual color is significantly lower and yellower. AND, it seems that some bulbs are just pieces of crap to start with and blow out every 2 months anyway!
So...any experience with, or advice for? The prices of these things literally run from $8 on fleabay to $80 for PIAA (which I've read some mixed stuff about).
BTW, this is my first Stang (woot!) and with only 250 miles on it so far, I'm way impressed!
