I'm sorry man but all I can say is GHETTO! or a honda civic with a fartcan muffler.
Well to each his own, I hope you enjoy them.
^^ wtf?? ..idiot, much? his rims are like a honda civic with a fartcan muffler? if u meant to say rice, just say it. rims does not equal a honda civic. plus, civics cant even fit 22's

Maybe the word was rice.....which would also be my description. Inappropriately sized, gaudy rims are just one component of the look that could also include the lambo doors and the boy racer wing as described above. I don't know what sized rims a civic maxes out with, but 18-20's would seem to parallel chrome dripped 22's on ours. I don't know why you would get all fired up over this......he did ask for everybody's opinion. All that really matters is that he likes them though.
sorry to hijack the thread, don't worry this is the last post on this

i've been thinking...since gas keeps going up and all, maybe we should just go to horse-drawn cars...yup, you heard me...people seem to be puttin wagon wheels on their cars anyway. plus, all you'd hafta do is take care of the horse instead of an exec's 15 yr old daughter's hummer
jp...i like the design of them, but seem kinda "gothy" but maybe only 17 or 18...damn 22s...holy buckets

Some people say that 20" dont belong on Mustangs either. I never thought about 22" until i saw my buddies car.
I just looked at your buddy's car, and I still say no no. Personally, I would be embarrassed to drive my Mustang with 22s. But I hope you'll enjoy yours; your own perception is what counts. Good luck.
Eww...eww...eww...to your buddies car and those rims. Sorry bud.
I'll be the one to say it cause no one else will...people compliment him in person because they are being nice, nothing more. Sorry...unless your name is Eminem or you're trying to be the next Eminem...It looks trashy. And if you are trying to be the next Eminem, then I am sorry.
I guess my only question is...now that you got your rims coming, when are you going to pick up the Hummer they belong on? I love my car and wouldn't put those rims, or any 22"s for that fact, on my mustang if someone paid me $10,000.00.
But anyways, no offense intended, to each his own, I just wouldn't do this to my car if someone paid me. There are so many nice 18 or possibly even 20 inch rims out there that look so nice, there is absolutly no need for 22s. Enjoy replacing those tires every 6,000 miles at probably 400 a pop.

Oh there you are! You're the guy who gets to decide who "we" do and don't want in our community, aren't you! back on topic -- no matter the description of the rims, I think we can call agree that they will look out of place on a Mustang. (That is putting it nicely).

trust me, around here people have found ways to do so.
of course im talking about a town where ive seen people cut body pieces off their civics to make them lighter so they can think they have a "No BS racer" or in this case to put their 20s or 22s on

I have 20" Cobra replica rims on my stang and really like the looks and feel of them!! :-) The 20" rims fill out the wheel wells nicely and makes the car look a lot beefier!! I've had many compliments from several mustang enthusiast!! On a downside, I can really feel the potholes and debree on the ground w/ my tires. I'm not sure I would go up to 22".
Good luck w/ your decision!

once you exceed 20" those things belong on SUV's. shoot, chryslers can fit 24's. but why do it? you cant lower the car, youre getting worse performance, and 9 times outta 10 they just look trashy. and you better watch everything cause curbrash looks B-A-D on chromies...
nice rims but to big, I have 18's on my car at stock height and i think 20 would look ok but anything bigger would look HUGE. but if you like it go for it.

Sorry, but even those 20's look like wagon wheels. 22's would look like a cartoon.
