See if you can find the video of the one htat was hung from the ceiling and you flipped a switch to make it lower, otherwise it went back up and had a clean look. I thought about doing that one time.

basically, what ive found that you gotta have is-

8x4 plywood
legs for table
sand paper
paint brush, primer, paint
polycrylic to make it water proof
and painters tape

i would be okay w/just a ping pong table, but he wants to make his "custom"

Just get a damn table, put a piece of plywood on top, and cut out holes.

V-6 is for real drivers. Go buy a Jetta if you want gas mileage and a chicks car. Buy a V-8 Mustang if you have no driving ability and need the extra horsepower to compensate and feel like you're fast.

I just meant to use a regular table with a plywood topper to decorate/cut cup holder holes out.

House siding works GREAT; don't use fibreboard unless you plan on painting it; plywood sucks you'll cut the hell out of your hand accidentally. Sliding mirror cabinet doors are the ****. Panes of glass are a classy touch.

Haha, as classy as it may be, I think a pane of glass as a beer pong table is probably the worst idea I've ever heard.

I have a 10 minute break in my training session... what should I do?

It's high class beer pong; you can't be inviting any nig nog/hoodrat trick over.
