Had just drove the car about 40 miles. Went to get it smogged.
Failed smog. These were the codes on their computer. My car had no codes showing.
OBD CATALYST NOT COMPLETED
OBD EVAP NOT COMPLETED
He shuts the car off. Starts telling me that I need to reset my computer because its saying that its NOT COMPLETED.

Here's where it gets weird.

My daughter is sitting in the car while I'm talking to this guy. She gets hot. Starts the car. Turns on the AC. The car spits and sputters - dies.
I get in the car, turn off the AC, turn the key, no fuel pressure, cycle it a few times, no fuel pressure. I can't hear the pumps when I cycle it. Try to start it, it starts but barely.
I move the car out of the Smog stall. CE light is now on. Pull the car into a parking spot. Its running like ****. Still no pressure on the fuel gauge.
I shut it off thinking maybe its the tune, fuse, something like that.
Change the tune, same. Checked all the obvious fuses, all good.
Still can't hear the pumps when I cycle the key to ON.
Call tow truck. Car is now in the garage. It had been about an hour since I tried starting it so I cycle the key to ON, I can hear the pumps now but still no pressure on the gauge. I start it, runs like ****, still no fuel pressure.

I'm not going to work on it tonight (too pissed) but wanted to see if you guys have any idea where I should start troubleshooting this thing.
Thanks

Seemed like it would have stayed running but it sounds bad. I didn't want to chance driving it on the street and having it stall.
Its not throwing any O2 codes.

Only one trouble code came up on the Diablo
P0191 : Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

This would confirm the 0 psi on the fuel pressure gauge.

If you have the boost-a-pump, then i'd try eliminating that first.

Its showing about 1/8th on the gauge, 39 miles to go on the computer. I'm going to throw a couple of gallons in before I do anything. Just in case its a gauge issue.

ok good, because i don't trust
these fuel level sensors, with
all the troubles they have with
sulfur buildup and whatnot

I'd add a couple gallons first too.  I didn't realize that we had fuel level sensor contamination problems, but it makes sense (it happens on big airplanes too).  I would also check the Boost-a-pump like moosestang said.

What about the Fuel pump driver module?  Maybe that's bad?  It's located in the trunk behind a plastic panel at the very rear of the car.

Well, it was none of the above.
Put 3 gallons in. Still no pressure.
Can hear the pump cycle with the key.
By passed the BAP. Still no fuel pressure.
Pulled the seat, removed the cover, started the car, it will idle but rough. I can feel the pumps working.
Popped the hat, and got to see part of the 3 gallons I just put in run out of the top of the tank.
Wonderful.
Pulled the pump assy, one of the lines was blown apart.
Problem found.
I didn't use the right type of fuel line when I upgraded the pump assy. So I will have to take the blame for this one.
Bought some higher pressure fuel injection line.
Swapped everything out.
Put it back together. That spanner nut is a PITA. Finally got that on.
Test drove it, seems good as new. Pressure is good across the board. DONE.........
Thanks for everyones help.

Yeah, two people would have made it easier but I was solo on this deal.
I used less than 10 bad words, so it wasn't too bad. Ha...
