Oh Dallas Mustang, you have one unhappy customer here!

I followed the instructions exactly as they said and installation went fine. I go to try the car and the speedometer doesn't work. Great. Wonderful. So I mess around for a couple of hours trying to figure out where I screwed up, and I really have no idea. I've done it all over three times, and the only thing I can't do over is swap the order of the VSS connector wires I put into the shell supplied by Dallas Mustang.

Why?

Because the son of a bitch locking thing won't come out! I can't find anything that is small enough to pry the damned thing out. This has to be my problem, it's the only thing I haven't changed.

Anyway, here is the deal..

Here is a picture of the red lock I cannot get out now: http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/4804/sc14il9.jpg

Now, all I need to do is pop that thing out and swap the two wires and I think I'll be good to go. So I guess what I am really looking for here is idea on how to get that lock out or a way to bypass it.

Thanks for any help I get. You have no idea how much I appreciate it.

Yeah I guess I'll try tweezers tomorrow. Thanks.
