I don't think their is a specific tune like that.

Just load the tune for your vehicle.

VCS_SSSTANG -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/8/2008 1:45:50 PM)

bullet281s -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/8/2008 4:28:53 PM)

ok so i took it out for a drive and it feels like the trans sometimes doesnt know what gear to be in... like it is grindng... should it be that way

ayrton02 -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/8/2008 4:40:56 PM)

My car actually runs smoother at idle, it used to run kinda rough almost like it had an aggressive cam.  It shifts harder and chirps the tires going into second... the raised 6000 rpm rev limiter helps a lil bit by getting the car further into the powerband when it shifts.  I had mine custom tune by VMP btw.

bullet281s -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/8/2008 5:07:37 PM)

ok.. i used the custom tune on the device and only turned of the traction and the speed limiter

mysteed -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/8/2008 9:49:19 PM)

Who did the tune on the Xcal?

bullet281s -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/9/2008 12:16:14 AM)

i just plugged it in and it was the preset on the custom tune

dickwitham -> RE: help.... sct xcal 2 (5/9/2008 5:53:51 AM)

I don't experience 1 or 2, but I do get 3. [:D]  The throttle response is much better on mine along with an overall increased feeling of greater acceleration.  And like I said it runs smoother.  Unfortunately, I'm on the 93 milage tune seeing how good it works and you can really tell the difference - it's almsot like stock.  If the mileage increase isn't too dramatic, I'm going back to the 93 perf. tune....... people need to quit bitching about gas prices.... it's life, get over it - there are more important things to worry/get pissed off about.
