No, not if you order the right wheels and don't just buy any wheel that matches the bolt pattern

im thinking saleen wheels

If you buy wheels for a 99-04 then you will have no issues. I run both 18x10 and 17x10.5 in the rear, depending on where i'm going and have no problems

Actually any wheel made for a 94-04 Mustang will work. Even the 05-07 wheels will bolt on, but they require spacers.

depends how wide. my sixxer wheels work fine, no rubbing at all. spacers jsut stopped the rear from looking like crap. But it seems like anything wider then a 235 or 245 on them would rub up front.

I have 9" wide 18's up front with 265's and no rubbing.

I meant the 05+, since they are sunk in about .5" more then ours.

I have 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the back, youll be fine.

Shouldn't have any problems.

ok sounds good is it better to get everything and then put it on ie (rims, tires, calipers, and rotors) do it all at once or do it as it comes, or does it matter?

moontang -> RE: do i need rim spacers (5/9/2008 4:44:45 PM)

you dont have to do it all at once
