just a few pics and a vid - 5/8/2008 10:00:53 AM    SalikDDD   Posts: 450 Joined: 10/3/2007 Status: online well, i figured i'd try to take another video, but the audio is horrible and doesn't do it justice, until i get another camera for video this is it. - also the pics were taken with some old ass 4 mega pixel piece of junk that my wife has owned since like 1999 since the lens on my D40X broke (if anyone has any nikon f mount lenses let me know!) so bear with the quality. :) that's about it, don't mind the mess in the garage  or the worst mustang ever next to it. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apsFHOn_zy4 _____________________________ 1998 Mustang GT - 1967 Mustang Coupe Post #: 1

RE: just a few pics and a vid - 5/8/2008 10:34:09 AM    SalikDDD   Posts: 450 Joined: 10/3/2007 Status: online oh it's been 'driving' for a while now, almost 2 1/2 months or so.. im just slowly working on the outside now, gotta get it ready for paint. finally decided to be like everyone else, and go with Sparkling Graphite Metallic from BMW and leaving the hood and cowl black as well as the rear area. and the silver, no idea previous owner did it (horrible job i might add, used at least 220 grit to sand the car or even worse.. crap job) lol as for my 98 it's actually faster than the 67, it's still slow but after i do the head swap on both of em the 98 won't touch the 67 < Message edited by SalikDDD -- 5/8/2008 10:35:23 AM > _____________________________ 1998 Mustang GT - 1967 Mustang Coupe (in reply to Mustangdemon67) Post #: 4

RE: just a few pics and a vid - 5/8/2008 9:32:17 PM    65rangoon   Posts: 19 Joined: 4/20/2008 Status: online you can get some stuff called nightshades by VHT thats a translucent black paint used to tint taillights etc. i did it on my DD since its a black car with black leather.  looks damn good i think.  i did some light coats so you can still see a hint of red with the lights off.  brakes & tails show just as clear as normal jegs has it, its like $10 for a 8oz bottle or something.  (in reply to Hot70Mach1) Post #: 17
