This may be just the bearing making contact with press. plate and beginning to spin or possibly a failing throw-out bearing. Does the sound happen just as the clutch is pressed, and stop immediately? Does the clutch pedal vibrate or feel funny otherwise? Jazzer, like #6, looking for information......information
