Will these fit a 06 GT, and will my stock pirellis (235-55-17) fit these or will i have to buy new tires...Thanks for response

The off-set and bolt pattern along with width is fine for your car. The eBay ad even says that they are for '94-'06 Stangs, so fit and clearance will not be a prob.

You will have a little trouble fitting a 235 tire on that rim. Wheel is a bit wide, and although you could stretch tire out to fit, I would not recommend it nor is one rated to fit. It will leave the rim somewhat vulnerable to easy curb damage as well as look funny, IMO.

If you have your heart set on 17" x 9" rims (and I think this wheel will fit and look great on your car ) I recommend you stay 45 series, but go between 245's ~ 265's to fit rim nicely. This will also keep the wheel well spacing a little more proportional, as you have a lot of room under there. Are you planning to, or already have car lowered? If so, I would modify my answer somewhat, so let me know.
