well do you think its because i turned the crank 10/10  caz the oil pressure rasies 10psi for every 1000th rpm

well when its cold the motor starts and the oil pressure is at 35psi but it was a ticking noise.
when it warms up oil pressure drops to about 15psi AND THE ticking gets super quite. When i acclurate the psi goes up every 10psi with every 1000th rpm.

15psi when warm? do you have 40-60 PSI at 2000rpm? if not then your oil pressure is low and I would tell you to check your aux gear and your oil pump shaft. If those check out then its almost time for a rebuild

You should be getting 40-60 PSI @2000 rpms. The oil pump shaft should just pull right out

The stock gauge is no good (very innaccurate) buy a mechanical gauge if you want to know.
