I don't really like giving people rides...

but I'm nonconfrontational and don't like sating it to people's faces. So I find alternative, fun, methods of getting the message across. For example, last summer when I had my mustang still this kid was with me and I went to take a right turn at a green stoplight. I slowed to twenty right before hitting the turn and dropped it into second.
Halfway through the turn I slammed on the gas and free'd up the back end. At this point my car about 45 degrees off of the direction its travelling. The kid yells "OH MY GOD DEREK!!!!!!!" because he thinks we're spinning out and about to crash. The tires soon get traction again and the car straightens out.

He has never asked me for a ride since.

I did something like that with 3 friends in the car earlier, one friend went "Holy christ, WTF was that Tom?"


My other friend went "Shut the **** up and quit your whining, he had full control of the car the entire time"
