I ordered a loaded Sonic Blue GT on 1/7/05. I checked the 800 number today, it said as of 4/29 the vehicle has been released by the foreign vehicle assembly plant. Anyone hear of this? Where are the 2005's being built?

It may have said "Ford", not "foreign"...

i believe the '05+ Stangs are made at a Mazda plant in....soryy can't remember which state much less city.

I called back to see if I misheard the message and it now says that as of May 1 my car has shipped by convoy carrier. Any idea how long it should take to get to the dealer in NY? Thanks.

They're made at the same place they make the Mazda 6. When I got mine there was a box of Uncle Bens and a set of chopsticks in the trunk. [sm=joke.gif]
