Well after 35 days of waiting on thegirl that hit me'sinsurance company ive got a responce but its not really good 4 me. to start i have/had a 95 lincoln mark VIII with 89,000 miles that had been rebuilt from a wreck in 98 so it has a rebuilt title, the insurance company sent out somebody to give them a value on my car......it was valued at 4400.00 but since it has a branded title its worth 2370.86. well i owe back state taxes( about 1400.00) so the state of ky has a lein on it. i was wanting to but my lincoln back from them since they wanted a little over 200.00 but heres the problem.. since it has a lein on it id have to pay off the 1400.00 buy monday...thats not going to happen.... the only other options are drop the claim and keep my wrecked car with 4800.00 in damages or surrender my car to the insurance company,they would pay off thestate taxes for me and cut me a check for a little over 1000.00 SOOOOO im going to lose the lincoln but use that 1000.00 to fix the mustang andhave my taxespayedoffsavingme a 75.00amonthpayment.....it sucks but im going to be paying on the mustang for 3 more years so it needs to be fixed heres the shopping list

1. spec stage 1 clutch (not enough cash for a stage 2)
2. spec billet steel flywheel (not enough cash for a aluminum one)
3. hawk brake pads front and back

4. new ford 28 spline differential( again not enough cash to upgrade to 31 spline)
5. super gear install kit
6. window tint.. the one thing i want the most!!! and its the cheapest!!
it kills me not to have the cash to do the gears but i really cant afford it. The reason for the new diff and flywheel,this is nowthisismy only car and it will be torn down at my dads house in B.F.E. and idont have thetimeto have the flywheel resurfced (was told it would take 3 days since its not a priorty for the shop) so the diff and flywheel is more so i dont have 5 days of downtime on my only car.Sorry for the long boring azz post but i had to vent. im really sad to see the lincoln go but happy that the mustang will be 100% again......
