i want tochange my 95 mustang from auto to manual, i have a complete donor car. is this a straight swap or not?. If anyone done this i will appreciate any suggestions.

Should be pretty strait forward just do it one peice at a time so you have a reference.

Straight forward but you will have to take the car to a tuner to have the automatic tranny control functions deleted from the PCM.

Or swap the PCM and related wiring...

The car wont run without that deleted?? Can you just leave that plug unplugged and be good to go?

No you can't just leave it unplugged.

Huh will the car not start or something?? I'm just really curious bout this cause I want to do the same thing to my mustang sometime this summer.

It won't start due to the PCM thinking that the car is still an auto.

You could swap the pcm, but theres no reason to. Get the tuner, you could use it for future use as well.

You'll have to enlarge the shifter tunnel just abit. I cut 3/4' of metal where the shifter pops up, otherwise it won't fit.
