cacimar, you are very correct, thats why my brother is a big dummy and you're not (not so much for street racing, cause that would make a lot of us dummies, but for running)
to the op, I would have to put up a fight in court over that one. Never know what could happen. I think my judge got him a piece before court when I went for my wreck. He dropped my reckless down to improper because HE was assuming that it was due to mechanical failure, thats exactly what he told the prosecutor (it did cost me $400 in lawyer fees, but he didnt even freakin say anything!) Give it a whirl, and either way, whether you have to pay it or not, you still got off lucky
yeah i'm not going to court.... because so far none of my tickets from FL have transferred back to SC- to either my drivers license record or my insurance company...I dont carry a FL dl or insurance.. (i can do that because i'm military)-- but that'll soon change.
