cacimar, you are very correct, thats why my brother is a big dummy and you're not [;)] (not so much for street racing, cause that would make a lot of us dummies, but for running)
to the op, I would have to put up a fight in court over that one. Never know what could happen. I think my judge got him a piece before court when I went for my wreck. He dropped my reckless down to improper because HE was assuming that it was due to mechanical failure, thats exactly what he told the prosecutor [:-] (it did cost me $400 in lawyer fees, but he didnt even freakin say anything!) Give it a whirl, and either way, whether you have to pay it or not, you still got off lucky [;)]
