08 Bullitt 2310 -> New GT500 owner! (5/7/2008 2:39:07 AM)
[image]http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn243/Bullitt2310/MustangGT500010.jpg[/image]I had recently purchased an 08' Bullitt with the intentions of leaving the power side of the car untouched.Well that lasted about a month.After doing some research and math I figured that the price of the car+Mods like a KB to start would have put me right up with the GT500.So while at the local Ford dealer checking out a 427R to see just how much work it looked like would be involved,I realize they come with Roushchargers but it was a general comparison,There it was!A no options Black stripe delete GT500 for sticker!I figured that I would have 44K in the Bullitt with 450RWHP as the high mark before I had to tear into the motor so checked it out.It is as I would have ordered it.Here are some pics if I can get them to post up.[image]http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/nn243/Bullitt2310/MustangGT500001.jpg[/image]

beautiful car.....congrats....i am set to join the gt500 club mid june....I wish I could have gotten mine with a couple less add ons (like $1300 shaker 1000) but the only way they would let me order and get it for $500 below msrp is to get the few add ons and bring my msrp up to 47,330 (that was in case I decided to back out they felt it was easier to mark up...) anyway..you car is gorgeous....congrats...

She's a beauty, I have a Shelby GT and i can see my tires being bald within a few months... with 500hp you should buy stock in BF Goodrich. [;)] Have fun with it!

I still think it needs the flat black stripes down the middle to look different from a regular GT. They left the side stripes...hmmm...

Stripe delete is very stealthy.I only get to speak with real enthusiasts when they see it.I had one person ask if it was a clone.I said yeah,It's just a 300HP GT but it will still run,As they do.[:D]The less people know the better sometimes.

you really got me wanting a gt500 now, i love the SGT, but wow. lets see if im upside down on the loan first. if i were to score one at sticker, im sure i would be game.

Black certainy is the fastest color. I prefer stripes.
