max427 -> which tires for 04' GT? (5/6/2008 7:32:32 PM)

Im replacing the OE goodyears on the 04' gt i just bought, they are 245/45/17's, i wanted to know if i could go to a 265 or 275, and if so which tires do you guys recommend. I don't want to spend more than $200 a tire, mount n balance i'll do myself so the only other thing to spend on would be shipping.
i've looked at a few different brands of 275's, i like the BFG T/A KWDs. I could always just buy the OE tire again, but at 19,000 on my car they are looking pretty dry rotted and are at about 5/32's, maybe a bad indicator of their longevity.
