Whatcha think? It is made of two pieces. The black piece that you see along the edge of the painted piece is a piece of 1/4 hardboard that is held up by 4 screws that anchor to the small silver points in the supports of the first pick if you look close. I made the wood piece first and then copied that shape to the 2nd piece(1/8" plexi) so that it is the exact same shape but 3 inches smaller. I first placed the letters on the back of the plexi, and then painted over them so that when I removed the letter I had the raw, perfectly clear plexi. I put a couple of pieces of reflective window tint behind them so that the letters look like they are chrome. The plexi goes on 2nd to cover the screws and is held in place by industrial strength velcrow that I reinforced with some CA glue. I flocked the wood piece so that it was black and I think it did the job I wanted it to. I designed this so that I can light the letters up if I want easily with some electroluminescent sheets or with led's with a little work. Right now I just wanted to clean it up and keep it simple. I could copy this piece if anyone is interested with an 2n95 style. I am not cheap but I am not the most expensive either.
