Hey ya'll. My mustangs running swell now after its little spout earlier last month. So now im looking around at the local pick and pulls for a standard transmition for the stang. Im gathering a list of all the things i need to get for the swap from auto to standard(since the auto is just crap) and my freind id need a new flywheel. Normally this wouldnt be a problem as i can just buy one. But then he remembered that you need to balance them or ill be shaking to peices on the highway. He also noted that they balance the flywheel with the crank, and that the engine has to be pulled to do that.... I'm not taking out the engine unless im doing a swap. Which i dont plan on doing. So is there any way around the balancing issue? or am i boned to take out the engine and get it overwith? Thanks for the suggestion/comments/hints/insights. Andy
