Are Ford Racing gauges any good? I would assume they are...
Are these Universal, or is there some sort of instruction manual?
How hard would it be to wire up the Boost and Fuel Pressure Gauges from Ford Racing?

What is the difference between the two?
Mechanical sounds like it isnt so simple to wire up.

Its not, thats why I went to Electric. I would say that I am talking more about the Fuel pressure gauge. The boost is mechanical and not  that bad to install.

yes get the 0-100 psi, anything less w/ FI wont be enough.
and w/ the fuel pressure gauge and the whipple it will mount on the passenger side, not the driver's due to the whipple air intake.  i used a N2O adapter, but others have used a brass t-mount which is basically the same, runs anywhere from 8-25 bucks.
