i am looking to do a dual system for my 04 mustang v6 and but here is the problem, my dad said that if i choose to go without the cats (which would make it illegal in my state) then he wont pay for my gas anymore. so i am looking to do a dual system without paying for catted H pipes, i ran across these at AM.com http://www.americanmuscle.com/v6duexadkit1.html i was wondering if anybody else had this kit or if anyone knows how it will work with my stang. i was then going to put on dual flowmaster 40's and these tailpipes i found on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ford-mustang-tail-pipes-84-04-mustang-tailpipes_W0QQitemZ8044046307QQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116#ebayphotohosting

any feedback is much appreciated, thank

I would look at the local muffler shops. I got true duals run on my F150 and mustang both for $200 provided I gave them the mufflers to use. I put Flowmasters on both of them. Do not go and take the cats off, not only is it illegal and they can fine you a buttload of money for it but they can deem your car not street worthy depending on your state that can be a huge pain the the a**.

All I can tell you is to keep looking. If your anywhere near Indiana there is a great shop that does it real cheap. Dont get discouraged yet just keep callin places.

i personally dont like the short tips. i went with stainless steel 3in rolled tip at like 16 inches long and i love them. that way you dont see the pipe from the side of the car all you see is the stainless steel tips.
