adarraza -> Turbo Questions (5/6/2008 9:53:54 AM)

What would be the difference of getting a intercooled turbo vs a non-intercooled performance wise. Also would the non-intercooled be bad for the engine? lastly would the PH Turbo non-intercooled be the best option to get the Fastest/cheapest 0-60 and hp/tq? and my last question wat would the estimateed 0-60 be of a stang with tune and a turbo?

Somewhere between 80-150 hp.

Every power adder and ever drivetrain modification has the potential to be "bad" for the engine. It's the price you pay to play.

There's an old saying:
Fast, Cheap, Good - Pick two, cuz you ain't getting the other one.
Cheapest is nitrous. A turbo kit is the most expensive. Turbo (so far) has made the most power/fastest times.

Intercooled = prolly in the mid/low 12s... maybe high 11s
Nonintercooled = prolly in the high 12s to mid 13s
