ok, i was trying to remove the drivers seat one day to clean my carpet and the seats, so naturally i was removing the bolts. i moved the seat all the way forward and raised it all the way up to get to the back bolts. but when i tried to move the seat back, it wont move. i think the electric seat motor is broken but i cant get the seat out because the bolts are stuck under the seat track.
any help? is there a small tool that will fit to get the bolts out, or is there a way to remove the seat from the tracks without damaging the seat itself?

You should have removed the front nuts first, before you ran the seat fwd.
Check the fuse and then the wiring under the seat.
Mine quit working also but is in the rear position which is fine for driving. I have not checked the fuse yet but expect it to be bad.

well. i went through every fuse in the car AGAIN and found a burnt one i guess i missed the first time around (always double check ;P) and replaced it, and what do ya know, the seat starts working. but, now the seat only goes up, down and forward, still no backwards movement. im trying to acess the wiring under the seat to check for strips, or shorts but no luck yet.
thanks again.

When you get it out, make sure a wire didn't get damaged.
