as much as i would cost to get a supercharger off a supercoupe

just contact your local scap yard or call the local mechanic cause prices seriously differ on location

I believe SSM has a kit... although I'm not 100% And yeah you should be able to pass emissions, split port swap doesn't effect smog or emissions. Well at least to the point where it would fail you.

If you are getting it from a junk yard, you could probably get the intakes dirt cheap.
A guy at one of our "U-pull its" offered me everything for about 100 bucks. I wouldn't pay over 150 for everything at a junk yard.
I decided to stay with the single port because I am going to start my M-90 build over the summer. Well, hopefully.

If you really want to do the spilt port swap, I would pick up the manifolds from a junkyard as stated above. And pick up some new heads at SSM for a fairly reasonable price. That would net you some very nice gains. There are several other things needed, but you can use the "Search" function and find loads of information on this swap, including a complete parts list.

It would actually be a better idea to purchase an entire Supercoupe engine and swap that in. You will need a tuner or chip but it will produce more power than a modified splitport swap.

Having done a complete engine swap from a 2000 V6 into the ol 96' I can tell you that I wish I had dropped the SC engine in there. I spent close to 2k on this thing and dont have anymore horsepower than my wifes 93' 300ZX NA with a pacesetter catback.

The difference from the splitport and singleport are that the heads have 2 intake runners going to the intake valve while the single port has 1 runner. The upper and lower intake manifolds also have split runners totaling to 12 runners instead of 6 on the singleport.

The splitport outflows the singleport on the intake side but the exhaust side on the singleport flows more unless you do some extensive porting.

The single port has a single plenum as well while the splitport has two small plenums.

In 2001 Ford introduced IMRC's to help bolster torque figure below 3200rpms.

There are a couple different versions of splitport intakes but the heads remain about the same with slight casting variations that I really dont know much about because they are not big enough to care about.

1999-2004 v6's have the splitport motor.
