Thought I had seen this covered once before on here, but I couldn't find what I was looking for in the search...

My Autometer boost gauge instructions say to wire the gauge to a power source that stays powered while cranking the engine. Anyone know a good source/spot for that? Is there one that I can use from the fuse box with my little Add-a-Circuit dohicky? I thought I read in a post where a particular fuse location was good for this purpose.

it's common practice to use SJB fuse
location 13, for providing gauges with
switched 12vdc

sorry, can't help you with a hot while
cranking source.

this is a good place for your mini add
a circuit (w/ 5a fuse)

I tapped into the fuel pump power wire from the GT500 fuel pump/system kit. Its fused w/a 30amp link and was an easy tap.
