ss camaro in my lot

so there's a kid with an SS camaro in my lot... it has the square headlights so I was thinking it was an LT1.... but after doing a little facebook stalking I found out it was a 1996 z28 SS built by SLP.... after some more research only 2140 were built...

http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/96ss/96ss.htm then I stumbled apon that site on google (edit:was NOT made by him... but it's relavent)... and the guy said this "The Trans Am got 31-32 mpg and the 450 hp SS got 25 mpg... even with 4.10 gearing!!! I was impressed

so all in all... should I be worried of the camaro??? Prolly not because he drives slow as hell like the kid with the knock-off s197 saleen.

no chance does that car put out 450 with out full bolt ons and cam....and with the lt1 thats even pushing it

its an LT1...theres no way in hell it makes 450hp unless its built...and built/stock, it doesnt get that much mpg, esp with 4.10s....that kid jsut doesnt know what he is talking about

it was rated at 310 hp and the regular z28 was rated at 285...the only diffence in the z28ss was ram air and an slp catback

hey... it sounds good... but like...after riding in my sister's 87 camaro a few years ago (I learned how to do a burnout on it...) and then her ex's 2000 ss (learned stick on it)... they are terrible... uncomfortable, can't see over the hood and the interior is cheesy...
