Does the H pipe you're getting include over-axle pipes?  If not, you'll need those too.  Don't know how much they would cost though.

If it does include the over-axle pipes, all you need are the driver's side muffler brackets (about $60 for the two, you can get them from Pypes or AmericanMuscle.com or a few other places.)

That's it.  If you cut the bumper on the driver's side yourself, that's free, otherwise you'll have to pay some clown to do that for you (unless you've got a takeoff or aftermarket bumper, that is.)

"Stock H pipe" Be careful you have a Y pipe. Gonna need some cutting n welding. Im not sure where a "Stock" H pipe would fit in? I've done a TON of research on sixxer exhaust. An H pipe is gonna hurt your Low end torque. But it's gonna sound really good. X pipe sounds a little less Cool, but better for semi stock performance. Two ways to go. Pypes X pype(need to cut Y pipe), Pipes mid pipes, and whatever axelbacks. with GT take offs your looking at $450 +-. Or ninosport Ypipe back (no cutting of Y pipe) with gt takeoffs. your looking at maybe $320. Ninosport says its like an X pipe. Although a really long X pipe. ford has a good kit, but it's expensive. Its all about the money.

That Pypes kit won't cost that much. I paid $315 for mine and that included S&H. I have seen it as low as $275 on sale. Check Pypes or V6MustangStuff.com.
My GT Mufflers were $80, but I have seen them for as low as $40. You have to keep checking around and when you do spot a good deal check to see if those GT mufflers were on a manual transmission. There is a difference, someone on here posted pictures.
