I'm building my own stroker kit for my 302 roller block. I'm ordering an eagle 5.400" crank, eagle rods, and i dont know what brand of pistons to get. im not looking to spend over 60 bucks per piston and i dont want hyperblahblah pistons because i plan on doing a dual turbocharger/nos setup and i dont want the stuff flaking off. help would be greatly appreciated. btw i need the pistons to be .030 over

I prefer to spend the extra bones to get really good pistons myself. Mahle, Diamond and CP for instance. I got my Mahle's for about $600 for the set including plasma moly rings.

sounds good. after reviewing some threads about turboing 347's i think im going to just run a 347 built right top to bottom and not turbo or supercharge. i can get at least 450 out of a 347 built right without blowers or tc so any new suggestions on pistons?

If you're on a budget then you can get a 347 kit from a reputable place, they usually include good pistons.

Why not just get a complete rotating assembly from a good manufacturer (Eagle,Scat,Probe)? This is more cost effective than trying to piece it together.

id highly recommend coasthighperformance stroker kits, i got the 331 kit from there and its putting down 574 @ 10psi, my friend has a 347 from coasthigh and with a 150 shot of nos ran 10.5 here in colorado which is higher altitude then most people on the forum, they use probe industries rods crank piston and wrist pins, perfect circle rings, clevite bearings.
