Wheels and a mild drop. Save up, you can get some nice 17's or 18's for about $1000 with tires, unless you shop around for some used sets, and a drop for maybe $250 more and it will really look nice. I got a set of Termi wheels with tires 17x9 and 17x10.5's with drag radials and almost new street fronts for $600. I have 4 sets of wheels and tires though lol

Here's mine, back in the day with nothing asthetically more than wheels, a drop, mach 1 chin, and billet grille. My wheels and tires were expensive, $1800 due to the $1200 tires, but you can find a good deal on some nice ones. I was getting complemented on it ALL the time.

That pic of mine is with cut springs, about 1 1/2" drop. I'd recommend CC plates if you drop it anything over an inch, but you can supposedly go lower without requiring them. I'd recommend replacing the shocks and struts, espescially since you're most likely still on the ones that were put on the car at the factory, they're probably already on their way out the door. It's not necessary at the time of the drop, but it is recommended. It's gonna happen anyway lol

As for the OP, rims (check craigslist, or ebay), and an exhaust first...they go from there.

Id agree with Ryan go with wheels first and then a Drop (eibach pro kit 1.5" drop) then maybe a dual catbcak exhaust or window tint

Cut your antenna insted of spending money on a new one. Intake spacer has nice gains for $100.
