I am trying to clean the inside of my Covercraft Weathershield car cover, to get rid of the tire dressing marks left from the cover touching the wheels.

I have sprayed it with the concentrated simply green cleaner, and it is not coming off.  Anything else i can try to get the black marks of it?

See if the tire dresser has any removal instructions. It should tell you exactly what you need to wash it off.

It was Zaino's Z-1 Tire Gloss.  I sent them an email and asked.
