I have a couple things wrong and I just need to fix them or have them fixed.

Problem #1
When Im driving around and come to a stop my car shakes really bad. The RPMs drop to anywhere between 700 and sub 500. The car shakes violently. Any suggestions bc this shaking is no good.

Problem #2
My car feels like its slipping. When I give it gas it goes but then it will like pause every second or so then start hard again. It is true for gears 1-5. It feels like something like maybe the clutch is slipping but I have never had this problem at all.

WHATS WRONG WITH MY MUSTANG!!!!!!

I think both problems are the same issue. Is you SES light on? Things it could be would include, a loose air intake, Egr, plug wires....Have you done any work to it lately? Also, is this an automatic?

Its a 5 speed manual tans and no not recently. I made the stupid mistake of washing my engine without covering it. But that was a week ago any pools should have dried its been around 80 3 days. I do have a CAI on and I got it off a 96 v6 but I think your right ab the CAI and yeah my SES light is on but its because I forgot to plug in the rear defroster button after removing the trim panel. Any ideas? I hope its the CAI.

I thought you already had your answer to this. What is it that you're after? Replace your light and your splash shield and dry things out.
