If the guy messed it up then have him put it on right. Thats his fault, not yours.

i hate cheap aftermarket parts!  :P  i used to work at a body shop, and the worst usually were the ebay headlamps and taillamps.  ive seen them come in with no wiring harnesses, not even the right size, two lefts, poor fitment, they leak, etc.

anyway, id take it back, show him how upset you are with the fit, and see if he can make it right.  if not, you can try another shop to see if they can fab/tweak/cut it a little to make it work and look better.  good luck, man.

Sounds like the body shop you took it to owned you.

Was the accident you filed the claim under your fault, or somebody elses?

I had a friend buy a hood from Mr.BodyKit and he ended up having to buy a Cervini's.

Cheap body parts are generally just that.

Same crap.
Get it from a Cervini's or someplace well known for good products.

Matt,

I know people who have ordered from both CC & MR.bodykit. If the parts are SO BAD they can't be installed they should't be accepted at the shop. The body shop I use (the one I send all my friends to) has put pats on from both places and they look fine.

The shop matters as much if not more than the part.

it was my realestate agents fault she backed into my car it was a messed up deal the insurance told me to go there which is leading and is illegal then they started working on the car without permission or a signature to start working but after they had already started i gave the go ahead i had my rental for a certain amount of days.
