I say stick with the V8. But a twin turbo 6 cylinder would be bad ass.

I would not be adverse to having a TT Mustang. As long as I also have a 454 or 429 in the garage

Would they really make 3 different engines in 3 years? 2010 4.6 V8, 2011 6.3 (I believe) V8, 2012 V6 TT. Sounds like too much trouble if you ask me.

The TT V6 is undoubtedly going into production, the question is only whether or not they will put one in the GT. Someone in the article said all the production muscle cars are going to be a thing of the past, so.... smoke 'em while you got 'em! That's why they will put out the higher output engines now while they can. And I'm sure heavy trucks and such will need to be exempt from the law because sometimes you just need more base displacement and rotational mass, yes? So they will need to keep some big V8s in production.

ORIGINAL: 99BlackPonyGT omg not this thread AGAIN the last one went on for pages and pages and pages....basically half the site is going to say that v8s are the best and the only thing they will buy, then the other half will call them dumb rednecks and post pics of porsches to show that a sixxer can be fast etc etc blah blah sixxers suck, gt people are ignorant rednecks, half the site would rock a v6 tt if its faster, the other half only want v8.... And that about covers everything that will be said in the next 12 pages if this thread stays open. Good work.
