whats the computer for in the kick panel of my 85 mustang? the engine is carbed and i want to put it in my 93 mustang, how hard will this be? there is a hole for a distributor in my 93 block. can i remove the freeze plug from it and just swap the top half of the motor over instead of the whole thing?
so uh, i dont think 85s had computers unless of course its an svo which im assuming youre talking about. and if they did they didnt do anything. i believe they started using computers in 86 due to fuel injection. i could be wrong.

He's talking N/A I believe. Just swap the engine over, nothing really different except for the distributer, and intake (has injector holes) and a computer
