Finally ! Whipple for me !
 

Yesterday I had a good talk with Adam@ST to clear out everything I'll need for my build, 3.4 Whipple GenII, 298 stroker kit and all the goodies that takes to run the car with this kit !

He told me to wait 2 weeks to gather all the parts for my kit, it'll be send to south Texas and i'll have to go and pick everything up (2X 5hr drive) but i'm so excited with this those 2 weeks will feel like 2 months i'm pretty sure haha.

I'm interested maxing out pump gas tune so every support mod that helps will be thrown in, I already have LT's and Ported heads with manley +1mm 24 valves, springs, titanium retainers and custom comp cams (From Marks "Cam Talk") though the heads are sitting in my garage shelf waiting for the action.

I'm very excited with this ! I'm going to faint once I see the big blower in the box lol.

Congrats Mex, you deserve it. I can tell that you've been doing a LOT of research, and it's finally the time for big power!

Any thoughts about beefing up the tranny? What happened about the Auto tranny rebuild CK was talking about?

Congrats! I was at ST last night when you called.Are you doing the installation yourself?

BTW I went for a ride in my car last night on 17" M&H dr's :-0 I alsmost crapped myself. I think my 20's will be rendered useless[&:]

Congrats Mex GT. youll probably be the first 3.4 south of the boarder.:)

And to jump right in to the 3.4...sweet... hope your install heads,cams and whipple go smooth. two weeks to pass the time...

Thanks guys. the instalation will be done here in my town with a friend of mine who build engines all year long, he is good at it.

rshamekh about the tranny, once the engine build and SC instalation is done here, i'll take my car in a trailer to where it will be tuned in South TX and will ship the tranny to Larrystransmisions in Corona CA. I already spoke with them too :) Once I get it back I'll have the car tuned.
