If I get an updated picture of my car at the same angle of my sig now. Could it be switched out with keeping the exact same sig. Just different car pic?

IF the person who did you current sig still has the photoshop file, then yes, they can do it

Yes it could be done. Normally people dont like doing things to other peoples sigs without permission though.

It can be done but I won't touch someone else's sig unless they say they are ok with it.
