I was looking at the Ford website and noticed that a 3.55 rear gear is now a $300 option and available only on the pricier Premium GT. Just last year they were $100 and available on the Deluxe also. That seems pretty crappy to me.

just get the 3.31 and put the $300 towards a 4.10 or 3.73 gear install....totally worth it.  I would have love to have that option available back in 05, i got 3.55 without a choice
