my friend is giving me his used deck, amp, and sub that he got from his brother in law. The only problem is i don't know how to install any of it and neither does he. I have the amp wires and RCA cabels but thats it. I'm not sure what else i need. Maybe a deck install kit and a harness? I'm not sure but if i need those or anything else I would like to get it from bestbuy if they have it because i have a gift card for there. and my car is an 04. any help. I'm lost.

we will need much much more info to be able to help. please tell us the year of your car, and the equipment that is still in it. If it is stock equipment then we will need to know if it is the standard or premium factory system? What EXACTLY do you have as far as equipment(I need make and model numbers not colors shape or size) to install?
